CTO – Senior Blockchain Engineer
Senior Software Engineer
# What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated, Chief technical officer to join our growing organization. Your mission will be to help senior Blockchain developers build Dapps and solutions in different blockchain ecosystems like Solana, Tezos, and Ethereum. You will constantly interact with project grantees, work alongside training institutions, and advocate for our projects.
# Qualifications
– A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
– 2+ years of relevant experience as a blockchain and/or smart contracts developer
– Ability to speak in both business and tech-speak when interacting with project teams
– Passion and interest in the blockchain or deep tech space
– Superior oral and written communication skills in English, plus other languages (French)
– Great time and project management abilities
– Preferable with developer experience in Typescript/Javascript or Python
– Preferable with experience in developing DApps
# Responsibilities
– Write code and conduct code reviews of smart contract code written by project teams under your care
– Serve as a technical reviewer of projects intending to build on blockchain
– Function as the key tech consultant for business development initiatives
– Act as a key resource and subject matter expert for developers and partners
– Partner with various teams across the ecosystems to increase adoption, product usage, and community advocacy

The Blox is a venture studio that specializes in helping fintech and blockchain projects succeed.
# What we’re looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Blockchain developer with strong expertise in POS blockchain environments like Tezos or Solana. Your mission would be to build dApps and solutions in the Tezos Ecosystem. You will constantly interact with different teams, work alongside training institutions, and advocate for The Blox and the projects we support.
# Qualifications
– A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
– 2+ years of relevant experience as a blockchain and/or smart contracts developer
– Passion and interest in the blockchain or deep tech space

# Responsibilities
– Collaborating with managers to determine blockchain technology needs and envisaged functionalities.
– Creating application features and interfaces by using programming languages and writing multithreaded codes.
– Applying the latest cryptology techniques to protect digital transaction data against cyberattacks and information hacks.
– Maintaining client and server-side applications.
– Optimizing and securing blockchain applications by integrating new tools and technologies.
– Keeping up with current blockchain technologies and cryptography methods.
